Scripture: Matthew 21:23

Make a big “Love Heart." Explain that a heart is often used as a symbol of love. Use masking tape, stones, or others items to make an outline of a heart. Think of creative ways that you might use that heart, like a racetrack for cars or a place to put a stuffed animal collection. For older children or youth, talk about who might be included in the heart as people your family loves. Consider who might be outside the heart. What could your family do to open your hearts to new experiences, ideas, or people?

Holy Eucharist

Sunday, May 11, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Worship in the Episcopal Church rests on scripture and the traditions of the elegant language of the Book of Common Prayer. While the worship might seem more formal than spontaneous, we reliably read scripture every time we worship together, and we follow the liturgy that has stood the test of time. Our worship is in letting the liturgy carry us along into a deeper spiritual awareness and connection with God.
