Scripture: Jeremiah 31:27-34
In our Scripture today, we hear that God is making a new covenant, a new promise with God’s people. God says that all people will know God because God’s law will be within us; it will be written on our hearts.
Sometimes people do not have the words to describe their experiences of how God is at work in their lives, but they can still feel God’s presence. We are wired to seek and know God. We are God’s creation, and we are God’s people and the recipients of God’s incredible love. The new covenant God made with us was sealed with the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and our sins are forgiven.
