Scripture: Romans 8:26-30

Prayer is oftentimes difficult especially when we are going through tough times. The right words don’t always come out. In today’s Scripture, we are reminded that even when the words won’t come, the Holy Spirit intercedes for us. It is important to know that there is not a wrong or a right way to pray. Those prayers are lifted up to God even when they come in the form of crying in desperation. Today’s activities provide us with different ways to pray when we don’t have the “right words.�
