Pray- March 26, 2020

Scripture: 1 Corinthians 12:12-13

Pray this prayer together: Maker and Creator, what a marvel you are! You spoke and we came into being. Every little part with a purpose and each purpose unique to the body as a whole. I love that you created the humerus and the funny bone, the belly button and the pinkie toe. When I stop to think about how your people are one HUGE body, everyone members of one another, I give hearty thanks. For those who you have called to teach common core math - who use their digits to instruct. For the folks who fight on the front lines in our medical field - who stand on weary feet and deliver. For the garbage collectors - who are the strong backs in this world and without whom we would be toast. And for those who feel like their part is bended knee in prayer - yes, Lord, hearty thanks! Amen.
